Our sealing machine (CE certified) offers fast, automatic and precise sealing of cups. By default, the machine is designed for cups with a diameter of 95mm and comes with a 90mm ring. However, if you want to use cups with a diameter of 96mm, you can optionally purchase a 96mm ring to ensure a perfect seal. The machine can also be used for different materials and cup sizes by adjusting the temperature accordingly.

- Preparation: Make sure the machine is turned on and the temperature is set for the cup materials used (170-180°C for PP cups).
- Position cup: Place the filled cup on the holder. If you are using a 96mm cup, make sure the 96mm ring is in place.
- Insert sealing film: Place the sealing film in the machine and pull it over the cup.
- Automatic sealing: Press the start button and the machine will automatically seal the cup.
- Remove cup: The sealed cup is now ready to use or take away.
- Store the device in a dry and safe place.
- Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Clean after each use and ensure the device is completely dry before storing.
