Sealing Machine (CE)

Our sealing machine ( CE certified ) offers fast, automatic, and precise sealing of cups. The machine is designed for cups with a 95 mm diameter as standard and comes with a 90 mm ring .

The machine can also be used for different materials and cup sizes by adjusting the temperature accordingly.

• Preparation: Ensure that the machine is switched on and the temperature is set for the cup materials being used (170–180 °C for PP cups).

• Positioning the cup: Place the filled cup on the holder. If you are using a 96 mm cup, make sure the 96 mm ring is in place.

• Insert sealing film: Place the sealing film in the machine and pull it over the cup.

• Automatic sealing: Press the start button and the machine will automatically seal the cup.

• Remove cup: The sealed cup can now be used or taken away.

• Store the device in a dry and safe place.

• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Clean after each use and ensure the device is completely dry before storing it.

• Perform regular maintenance to ensure longevity and safety.
