Tapioca recipe – preparation with the tapioca cooker

Ingredients:

• 1000 g tapioca pearls
• 3000 ml of water
• 150 ml brown sugar
• 60 ml of water

Preparation:

• Boil water : Fill the inner container of the tapioca cooker with 3000 ml of water and place it in the device. Press the "Start" button to bring the water to a boil.
• Add tapioca pearls : Once the water boils, add 1000g of tapioca pearls and stir until all the pearls rise to the surface. Close the lid. The display will automatically change from “Add Tapioca” to “Boil Tapioca” .
• Cooking Pearls : The display will automatically change to “Stew Pearls” after cooking and the appliance will beep when the process is complete.
• Strain and cool tapioca : Remove the tapioca pearls from the cooker, rinse them with cold water until they reach room temperature.
• Refine with syrup : Put the tapioca pearls in a container, mix them with 150 ml brown sugar and 60 ml water and stir well.

Tip: Serve the freshly prepared tapioca pearls in bubble tea, desserts or coffee. Use the cooked tapioca pearls within 4 hours to ensure the best consistency and taste.

• Shelf life: Up to 15 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• Minimum shelf life: At least   Shelf life of 2 months unless otherwise stated.

The product is vacuum packed for transport. The following phenomena can naturally occur:

• Loss of vacuum: Light impacts during transport can cause the packaging to lose its vacuum.
• Slight breakage of the tapioca pearls: Our pearls consist mainly of tapioca powder and natural starch. No additives are used, so minor breakages may occur.
• Humidity or fogging: May occur due to temperature fluctuations.
