Our sweet azuki beans are made from carefully selected beans that have been gently cooked and refined with a light sweetness. With an azuki bean content of 53%, they offer a balanced, delicious taste experience.

Azuki Bean Milk

Ingredients:

• 200 ml whole milk or plant-based alternative
• 2-3 tsp red bean powder
• 40 g sweet azuki beans
• 1-2 tsp honey or sugar syrup (to taste)
• Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation:

• Heat 200 ml whole milk slightly (do not boil) or leave it cold if you want a refreshing drink.
• Add 2-3 teaspoons of red bean powder to the milk and stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or sugar syrup to achieve the desired sweetness.
• Place 40 g sweet azuki beans in a glass.
• Pour the prepared red bean milk over the azuki beans.

Optional: Add ice cubes, stir well and enjoy the creamy azuki bean milk!

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Store refrigerated and use within a few days.
• Best before: At least 2 months shelf life, unless otherwise stated.
