• Each pack has a net weight of 1kg and is enough for around 20 drinks (based on 50g per drink).

Ingredients:

• 1 kg Quick-Cooking Tapioca Pearls
• 6 liters of water (ratio: 1 part tapioca to 6 parts water)
• Sugar or syrup to taste

Preparation:

• Boil water: Bring 6 L of water to a boil in a large pot.
• Add tapioca: Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water and stir gently until all the pearls rise to the surface.
• Let it boil: Turn the heat to medium and let the tapioca pearls boil for 5 minutes.
• Stir: Stir the pearls every 1-2 minutes to prevent them from sticking together.
• Turn off the heat: Turn off the heat.
• Let it soak: Let the tapioca pearls steep in hot water for another 5 minutes.
• Drain & rinse: Drain the pearls through a sieve and rinse them under cold water to improve the texture.
• Refine & serve: Mix the pearls with sugar or honey and serve them warm or cold. Perfect as a topping for milk tea, bubble tea or desserts.

Tip: The finished tapioca pearls should be consumed within 4 hours to maintain their optimal consistency.

• Shelf life: Up to 12 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• Minimum shelf life: At least 2 months shelf life, unless otherwise stated.

The product is vacuum packed for transport. The following phenomena may naturally occur:

• Vacuum loss: Due to slight impacts during transport, the packaging may lose vacuum.
• Minor breakage of tapioca pearls: Our pearls are predominantly made of tapioca powder and natural starch. No additives are used, so minor breakage may occur.
• Humidity or tarnishing: May occur due to temperature fluctuations.
