Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp BoBoQ Pure Matcha Powder (approx. 5g)
• 50ml hot water
• 200ml milk (or plant-based milk alternative)
• Sweetener of choice (e.g. honey or fructose, optional)

Preparation:

• Sift 1 tsp matcha powder into a bowl or glass to avoid lumps.
• Pour in the hot water and beat the matcha with a bamboo whisk (or a milk frother) until fine foam forms.
• Heat and froth the milk, pour it over the whipped matcha.
• Sweeten the drink as desired and enjoy it hot or with ice cubes as an iced matcha latte.

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Store in an airtight container and use within 1 month.
• Minimum shelf life: At least shelf life of 2 months unless otherwise stated.
