Passionfruit Jam

• Drinks: Refine smoothies, shakes or bubble tea with the exotic note of passion fruit. Compared to syrup, jam gives the drinks a more intense and natural taste.
• Fruity toppings: Perfect as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, pudding or pancakes.
• Desserts: A highlight as a filling for cakes, pastries or as an ingredient in exotic dessert creations.

Ingredients:

• 200 ml green tea (cooled)
• 2-3 tbsp passion fruit jam
• 150 ml milk or other plant-based milk alternative
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Toppings of your choice (e.g. tapioca, boba or fruit pieces)

Preparation:

• Prepare 200 ml green tea and let it cool.
• Add 2-3 tablespoons passion fruit jam to the cooled tea and stir until the jam has completely dissolved.
• Add 150 ml milk or another plant-based alternative and stir well.
• Add your desired toppings (e.g. tapioca, boba or jelly) to a glass.
• Fill the glass with the prepared tea mixture, stir well and enjoy a tropical, creamy bubble tea!

Tip: Combine passion fruit jam with mango or lychee flavor for an even more exotic experience!

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Keep cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use the jam as soon as possible.
• Best before: At least 2 months unless otherwise stated.
