Our high-quality oolong tea combines the best of green and black tea. Its partial fermentation creates a unique aroma profile that contains both floral-fruity and nutty-spicy notes. Ingredients:

• 5 liters of water
• 160g Oolong Tea

Preparation:

• Prepare a tea kettle or pot and bring the 5 liters of water to a boil.
• Once the water boils, allow it to cool slightly until it reaches a temperature of 90 °C.
• Add the 160g Oolong Tea to the hot water and start the timer.
• Let the tea brew for 6-8 minutes to allow the full aroma to develop.
• Pour the tea through a tea strainer (e.g. tea strainer QU017) to remove the tea leaves and pour the finished tea into a separate container.

Tip:

Oolong tea is a great base for:

• Milk tea: Refine it with creamer and syrup.
• Iced tea: Cool the tea and add ice cubes and fresh fruit.
• Bubble Tea: Complement the tea with tapioca pearls or popping boba for a unique drink.

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place at room temperature. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
• Minimum shelf life: At least 2 months, unless otherwise stated.

Our tea leaves are sealed after drying at high temperatures and thoroughly checked before shipping. However, due to unavoidable transport conditions, the vacuum seal of the packaging may occasionally be lost. This does not affect the quality of the product. Please take this into account if a lost vacuum seal is important to you before making a purchase.
