Our Longan Honey Syrup combines the natural taste of bee honey with a unique, full sweetness that is ideal for a variety of drinks and desserts. With a proportion of 5% multifloral honey, this syrup offers an intense, authentic aroma that is rounded off by caramel and carefully coordinated flavors.

Ingredients:

• 200 ml longan honey syrup
• 800 ml water (or less for a stronger taste)
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Toppings of your choice (e.g. tapioca, popping boba)

Preparation:

• Mix 200 ml longan honey syrup with 800 ml water or more, depending on the desired sweetness and intensity.
• Stir the mixture well until the syrup is completely dissolved.
• Put ice cubes in a glass to cool the drink.
• Optionally add tapioca pearls, popping boba or other desired toppings.

Tip:
For a more intense taste, you can increase the amount of syrup as desired or experiment with fresh fruit or additional types of syrup! Ideal for refreshing summer drinks or as a base for bubble tea.

• Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened. Please store in a cool, dark and dry place.
• After opening: Keep cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use the syrup as soon as possible after opening.
• Best before: Minimum shelf life of 2 months unless otherwise stated.
