Ingredients:
- 5 liters of water
- 160g Ceylon black tea
Preparation:
- Prepare a tea kettle or pot and bring the 5 liters of water to a boil.
- Once the water boils, allow it to cool slightly until it reaches a temperature of 95 °C.
- Add the 160g Ceylon Black Tea to the hot water and start the timer.
- Let the tea brew for 6 minutes to allow the full aroma to develop.
- Pour the tea through a tea strainer (e.g. tea strainer QU017) to remove the tea leaves and pour the finished tea into a separate container.
Tip:
- For milk tea: Combine the finished tea with creamer and syrup to taste.
- For fruit tea: Complement the tea with fruity syrup or jam for a refreshing touch.
- This tea is particularly suitable as a base for bubble tea – just add toppings like tapioca pearls or popping bobas!
- Shelf life: Up to 24 months unopened.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place at room temperature. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
- Minimum shelf life: At least 2 months, unless otherwise stated.

However, due to unavoidable transport conditions, the vacuum seal of the packaging may occasionally be lost. This does not affect the quality of the product.
